Here is a story about Franklin Daybell Price my Great Great Grandfather!!
Franklin was on a mission in Africa when President Smith, his mission president asked them to travel by bicycle 
without purse or script from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. They went from farm to farm 
traveling on old roads used by oxe 
teams. They did this for

since they haven't in weeks… 
They needed soap so before there bath they went to ask for soap 
from nearby farms After riding for two blocks they foind a package 
with two bars of soap in the middle of the road

The entire trip took NINE WEEKS but they always were well fed and had somewhere to stay every night!!
