Mountains?!

 So I don’t have a vlog for this week so that’s kinda lame but I thought I'd give y'all a little update.

I got transferred from Gloucester to Charlottesville. It's pretty different then Gloucester but I love it so far. I had to stare at the hills/wanna be mountains because I didn't believe my eyes. I am so used to just seeing trees and having no elevation change. And it's not boonie!! We cover the YSA ward so that's a blast. UVA is a pretty cool school! 

It's a little sad leaving the Newport News zone because I was in it for 6 months but the missionaries in my new zone are super cool so I'm excited. 

Before I got here not to much was happening but I'm trying to change that real quick so wish me luck 🤪

Funny story:

So we are teaching Demetrik in person and we are sitting across from him. We tell him about the Gospel and baptism and then he tells us that he doesn't like his head going under water. He then demonstrates his head going under by bowing with his head. As he comes up he says something like this: "Wow! I just felt that. It was like the air was water. I feel light and clean. I just felt that." Me and my comp Elder Hoopes look at each other in confusion and then Demetrik starts to tell us what just happened and how he quote "Felt that". Yeah so basically Demetrik was baptized..... 🤦‍♂️
