Facebook dating

 The last few weeks have had their highs and lows but we are continuing to see a ton of miracles.

Our Elders Quorum president, Jacob is a YSA so obviously he's looking for a woman. He was on Facebook dating which most of you prob didn't know existed but he slides in a girls dms and before you know it he's telling us that he has a "friend" that was going to come to church. He's a pretty recent rm so I'm not too surprised that his dating venture turned into missionary work lol

Her name is Sharon and she is now in 1 Nephi 12 and comes to church every week. You can always share the gospel even if it's on Facebook dating.

Our friend Jared is getting baptized this Saturday! He is the most solid person I have ever taught. This last Sunday during Elders Quorum we were on the topic of emergency prep and the instructor needed a scribe so Jared volunteers and before ya know it he is drawing diagrams and teaching the class. We taught him about callings the day before and so after Elders Quorum he asked the president if he can be an instructor for his calling! He is the best! And he's someone I'd hangout with even as a non-missionary so we have a great time.
