Life isn't too shabby
Folks I would probably die if I had to go back to quarantine. Back then I never realized how deprived of contact with other missionaries i was. We share the ward with the moving Elders and we see them everyday
We are always doing things like BBQ nights, mountain biking, bball, workout. Everything is better with more missionaries. That's doctrine.
Nowadays we are doing a hybrid of missionary work. We do Facebook stuff, tracting, calling and member work so it keeps it fresh. And we get to do mini exchanges with the other elders and go tracting together. Let me tell ya, life is better with friends.
A little miracle I saw this week was during a zone meeting. A sister was talking about a person she taught in Tappahannock that wanted to be baptized so she could do temple work for her ancestors. She loves family history. Well that rang a bell and so I asked her after if it was Missy Watson and guess what folks, IT WAS! Me and my trainer found her 14 months ago! Hard work pays off. Not always immediately but it's always worth it.
Choose to have a good day today! Love Elder Jorgensen!
