Story Time
One of my favorite friends is Tucker!
He is super spiritual and just loves God.
We've had some big boy lessons with him that last at least an hour. Its kinda long but he always tells us sweet stories so it's worth it haha Here's one of his cool stories
So someone on drugs put a gun to his head and was robbing him. Tucker had a gun
but didn't want to shoot him and didn't see a need to.
Tucker was completely calm 🥱 thanks to "abiding with God '' as he says.
Basically the spirit. Tucker was able to talk to this unstable person and ended up getting out of the situation and helping this person.
He is so spiritual and confident in God that death doesn't even scare him
Wednesday we had a district council!!! I love district councils cause it means you get to see other missionaries. Especially now that we're not carpooling with my mtc buddy Elder Imlay. I gave a quick spiritual thought on the Holy Ghost and how we can use it. PLEASE READ D&C 100:5-8. So so good holy cow. I got called out for false doctrine by a member but thanks to this scripture I WASN'T preaching false doctrine hahaha Another cool thing that happened at district council was roleplaying. I was making it tough for Elder Maynes and just kinda poking the bear and then next thing I know he punched me hahaha it was just jokingly don't worry but I think it traumatized the district leader.
Saturday we were wondering who the heck we were going to get to church so we started making some calls. After the ninth no answer in a row Chase answered and said we called at the perfect time. He was on the verge of punching a hole in the wall and probably gonna drive to his ex wifes house and "do something dumb". So yeah miracles happen folks. It was no coincidence. ANDDD HE CAME TO CHURCH!!! The members are so sick here and just fellowshipped the wazoooo out of him
